The Problem We're Solving
Western North Carolina has an incredible concentration of independent businesses — coffee shops, breweries, galleries, farm-to-table restaurants, outdoor outfitters. These businesses are the heartbeat of our communities.
But traditional loyalty programs lock value inside a single business. A coffee shop's rewards only work at that coffee shop. A bookstore's points only work at that bookstore.
What if those rewards could work across WNC businesses? What if tokens earned on Haywood Road could be spent on South Slope, and vice versa?
